Print & Media

I’m slowly building my collection of print and mixed-media work. This was one of the reasons I started my own business was for the opportunity to do more work like this. There are a few instances here where I allowed myself to try something out of the norm.

Leakmaster

Leakmaster wanted a set of marketing pieces they can hand off to potential client that was flexible — they could conceivably pick and choose different types of content tailored for the needs of any company or individual with specific roofing needs. We felt that a presentation folder was a good solution for this case so that they could pick specific inserts to present to their clients. Here we did a presentation folder along with a side-by-side comparison of different roofing services.

Kapiolani Community College

After we finished KCC’s outreach website, they asked us back to do a Financial Aid brochure that tied into the same look and feel. Once again, we wanted a brochure that looked exciting enough that might attract the eye of an eager senior in high school. At the same time, our challenge on this project was to try and take what was almost 4 full pages of text and condense it to 2 pages…all in a format that felt natural to the reader’s eye.

CARH

Here’s a project I took from start to finish as a full branding effort.  CARH had a logo they’ve used for over 30 years…and people really identified with it.  We knew we had to keep the same concept of the clasping hands, but at the same time this old clip-art look just needed a refresher.  The new logo aims to give a spirit of hope and renewal.  This same look is carried across everything from their stationery, their trucks, donation boxes and their website.
