I spent the good part of yesterday carting my wife from one dentist to the next because she has a horrible toothache. Enough so it keeps her awake all night. You know, I want her to get better simply because I’ve had toothaches before and I know they’re NOT fun at all. They make you want to yank all your teeth out so you can feel some relief.<\/p>\n
At the same time, I want her to get better simply so I can decompress as well. Being the spouse of a woman in pain is muy dificil<\/em> (2 years of high school Spanish that’s one of only 2 phrases I know now). Basically I’m walking on eggshells here at home every minute right now; as I savor my freshly ground coffee and sprinkle in my 2 packages of raw Hawaii sugar I feel like her eyes are boring two holes in the back of my head.<\/p>\n I picked up a new game this week in anticipation of playing it all day on my birthday coming up this weekend but if she doesn’t get better I anticipate it’ll be a pretty quiet day in birthday land this time around.\u00a0 EEEP!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I spent the good part of yesterday carting my wife from one dentist to the next because she has a horrible toothache.
