Nothing like a good plate of raw fish to make my day. There was a couple of new things I tried tonight (we ate omakase style so it was chef&#8217;s choice)&#8230;I discovered that I don&#8217;t really like raw shrimp and raw squid. They have this sticky texture in the mouth&#8230;I would describe it like eating cotton balls soaked up with white glue. Yeah!
