Happy New Year everyone! Let’s all wish for a better year this year huh? Grant us a new year with no more horrible school shootings, no violent gang rapes, & no messy dirty politics.<\/p>\n
For me personally 2012 wasn’t a bad year overall. Just extremely hectic…and not necessarily in a good way. Dealing with renovations for a good third of the year certainly made those months uncomfortable and unforgettable. We didn’t even have the chance to decorate our home for the Xmas season this year. But in the end, it was mission accomplished and we’re enjoying our old-yet-feels-like-new home. Now all I wish for this entire \u00a0year is NOTHING. \u00a0Just like an episode of Seinfeld, I would be extremely happy if this was just a calm year with nothing to do but just daily work and play.<\/p>\n
It didn’t start all that well…I spent the first 2 or 3 hours of this early morning watching both my wife and child throwing up their New \u00a0Year’s dinner. We had a traditional hotpot dinner at my parent’s place last night and for some reason unknown, both my wife and kid ended up heaving through the stroke of midnight. I still can’t explain what it was. Nobody else got sick. Perhaps it was just an allergic reaction they both had to something in the hotpot?<\/p>\n
Oh well, I’m going to strike those first 3 hours of 2013 away from my memory and begin anew. No more throwing up for all of 2013! Cheers!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
