If food can be art, then this is about as much inspiration as I can muster up today. Nothing like a good plate of raw fish to make my day. There was a couple of new things I tried tonight (we ate omakase style so it was chef’s choice)…I discovered that I don’t really like raw shrimp and raw squid. They have this sticky texture in the mouth…I would describe it like eating cotton balls soaked up with white glue. Yeah! That’s what it was like!
