For my woodshop class in Art school I made a wooden stool shaped like a duck. I thought it was the greatest thing in the world until I actually took it home and found out (1) I didn’t make it very comfortable to sit on and (2) the thing weighed a ton.
Meanwhile, other people can build amazing looking spiral lounge chairs like the one above. Go figure.
I get the last laugh though…I bet that thing weighs more than my wooden duck stool. Hmmmpf! (via Toxel)
