Can’t reach me?
I’ve been stupid and overloaded my project load a little bit this week. As a result I will be on radio-silence for the next few days — avoid answering the phones and limit my meetings. If you call, please leave a message and I’ll return them as soon as I can. Same goes for email… as hard as it is for me to resist the little “dong” sound I hear when I get a new message, I’m going to have to ignore it a little bit.

That’s the sound of me coming up for air. Life is slowly getting settled down with the new arrival to our family. Today we took little Kingston over to his first doctor’s visit. Mom went ahead to her own doctor’s appointment, so dad was left all alone with the little pooper. Once in a while I get overwhelmed…maybe I get hit with headaches, the work commitments I have pile up, I got stacks of stuff on my desk. I get this feeling where I feel like giving up my business and have an “easier” life working for someone else in an actual job. And then I think, “WTF, why would I want to do that?!
